I'm very sorry this happened. From the photo, it's clear that the wood was broken by a strong impact during transit rather than a product defect. Handcrafted wooden pieces are quite delicate. I've already contacted you to discuss the best solution, and we'll make sure to take care of you. 🙏
It was a present so sorry for the reaction time.
But this time i thought to ask a video.
I really love it, thanks for your good work
Store owner replied:
Your setup looks amazing! I couldn't help but notice that you have three dolphins and one manta ray on your desk — it's like a tiny ocean right there. 😂🐬🐬🐬🌊
I bought this for my adult daughter’s birthday and she is delighted with it
Store owner replied:
Gift success — and that calm, soothing movement is exactly what I hoped it would bring. And your video was beautiful, it really felt alive.

I enjoy the smooth-flowing motions of the two dolphins. It's quite fun in a darkened room... placing a light behind the dolphins projects life-size images on a blank wall.
Store owner replied:
That’s such a beautiful setup — I loved your video. In the dark with the light behind, it really looked like four dolphins were swimming on the wall… almost like a little ocean scene at night.
Store owner replied:

My daughter got engaged and the gorgeous dolphin automaton was a gift for her and her fiancé. To say that they are delighted with it doesn’t really sum it up. They are totally thrilled by it and mesmerised by the soothing motion of it in action. - We suspect that they may enjoy more of these super automatons in the future!
I have to thank Mariner Poet for their lovely gift wrapping and message adding service. It was a gift and they loved it! Their family had just gone to Orlando and did the swim with dolphins.
It was just the right thing for our son who is a young dad to our grandson. He really likes a lot, and so does our grandson. Really lovely. He explained to the little one "See? This is papa and this is you, and we're swimming together." Looking forward to the next one.
Store owner replied:
That is such a heartwarming moment! 🥹❤️ Thank you so much for sharing it with me. Hearing that your son and grandson are enjoying it together truly means the world to me. I can't wait to share the next creation with you!

I bought the swimming dolphins for my daughter’s birthday and she says it’s the best thing present I ever bought her. She lives in St Augustine Florida and love dolphins a lot. What a wonderful and beautiful gift!!!

You’re honestly amazing for fixing it yourself.
I’m really sorry the rough shipping caused that damage — that’s always frustrating to see after such a long journey. I’ll also send you a partial compensation shortly, and here’s a 15% code for any future piece as a small thank-you:

It looks absolutely beautiful and moves very nice.
I'm so so happy with my order!
Store owner replied:
Really glad it made you happy！
Both the dolphin and the skate were beautifully made. They operate and move exactly as their videos show. The hand carved wood is stunning. I will definitely purchase additional art from this company.
Store owner replied:
The fact that this is your third piece with us honestly means a lot.！！！！Thank you again for the continued support.
Upon opening the package for my automaton, I noticed one of the wood gears that drive the dolphins was broken right where the wire connects. I assume this is probably an issue with shipping, but I was able to fix the gear with some wood glue, so it turned out ok in the end. Other than that the sculpture is lovely!
Store owner replied:
I’m so glad you’re enjoying it — that gentle, flowing motion of the dolphins is exactly what I hoped it would feel like.
If you ever need anything at all, just message me.

It's a beautiful, relaxing, and emotional creation. I set them up next to my PC and watch them swimming while I'm working. With the right music in the background, they keep me so many company. Thanks.
