Born from ancient Eastern legends, Dragon Rising captures the breathtaking moment of a mighty Chinese dragon soaring above the ocean.
Powerful, majestic, and full of life.
As the dragon moves above the rolling wooden waves, the entire scene feels like a mythical world brought to life.
A masterpiece where traditional Eastern artistry meets mechanical craftsmanship.
In Chinese culture, the dragon represents strength, wisdom, prosperity, and good fortune.
Inspired by this timeless symbol, our artisans have recreated the mythical creature in extraordinary detail, from its intricately carved scales and powerful claws to its expressive head and flowing body.
Beneath the dragon, layers of carefully sculpted wooden waves capture the rhythm and movement of the ocean.
Together, they create a breathtaking scene of a dragon rising from the sea.
Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans over dozens of hours, with natural variations in wood grain and process giving every piece its own unique character.
From design and cutting to carving, sanding, waxing, and assembly, every step is refined through repeated adjustments and careful attention. No molds are used, and efficiency is never prioritized over craftsmanship. Instead, a slower path is chosen—so each piece is truly made, not manufactured.
That is why it carries a sense of weight and substance that mass-produced items simply cannot replicate.
True enthusiasts understand the craft, the effort behind it—and genuinely appreciate it.
Through carefully designed mechanical movement, the dragon comes alive above the rolling waves.
The interplay of movement, intricate woodwork, and sculptural details transforms this piece into a captivating work of kinetic art.
Every moment invites you into a world of ancient legends and imagination.
What makes Dragon Rising even more extraordinary is its incense-inspired atmosphere.
A specially designed incense area on the right side allows you to place agarwood incense, creating an enchanting visual experience.
As the delicate incense smoke drifts across the wooden waves, the ocean appears to disappear beneath a veil of mist.
The dragon seems to soar through the clouds, bringing the mystical beauty of traditional Chinese landscapes to life.
More than a sculpture. A living scene of Eastern mythology.
Incense is optional. Use only compatible incense and keep burning materials away from wooden surfaces.
Measuring an impressive 60 cm (23.6 inches) in length and weighing approximately 6 kg (13.2 lbs), Dragon Rising is one of our most substantial wooden creations.
Its remarkable size allows every sculptural detail to shine, from the layered ocean waves to the dragon's elaborate body.
Each component is carefully shaped, carved, polished, and assembled by skilled artisans.
This is not a miniature ornament.
It is a statement piece designed to command attention.
Dragon Rising brings together the elegance of natural wood, the precision of mechanical craftsmanship, and the symbolic beauty of Chinese mythology.
The combination of warm wooden textures, flowing ocean waves, and the majestic dragon creates a timeless visual experience.
Whether displayed in a study, living room, gallery, or private collection, it transforms an ordinary space into something extraordinary.
Created for collectors, art enthusiasts, and those who appreciate exceptional craftsmanship.
A meaningful gift for special occasions, milestone celebrations, or anyone fascinated by Eastern culture and mechanical art.
A legendary dragon. An ocean of motion. A masterpiece made by hand.

The slow, repeatable motion encourages a short, screen-free pause—many owners use it 2–3×/day for 30–60s.
Choose how you’d like your space to feel: the Music Version adds a gentle melody for bedtime routines and mindful moments; the Non-Music Version offers the same elegant motion in silence for work, reading, and deep focus.
Nope, it charges with a Type-C port. Built-in 400mAh battery, one charge lasts a long time.
Every single piece is crafted from natural wood. As a result, it's anticipated that there will be variances in the grain, texture, and color. Natural features such as gradations, color distinctions, wood knots, insect markings, and repair signs are all integral to its allure. These elements don't suggest any problem with the quality; instead, they accentuate the distinct beauty inherent in genuine wood.
Mariner Poet develops its works through a co-creative model with long-term studio partners. Some pieces may appear across different platforms during their early stages as part of real-world testing and exploration.
In addition, as our designs gain visibility, unauthorized imitations may also appear on certain platforms. These are not produced, curated, or approved by Mariner Poet.
What defines a Mariner Poet work is not mass exclusivity, but creative authorship — the ideas, narratives, and artistic direction that shape how a piece is designed and evolves over time. As the brand grows, we are increasingly focusing on limited editions, museum collaborations, and context-driven creations that are developed uniquely under the Mariner Poet vision.
